Mamma Maria’s Pizzeria Davao May 01

Today, Saturday May 1st will be the grand opening of Davao City Mamma Maria’s Pizzeria.

I’m not sure if any one has tried Mamma Maria’s Pizzeria at any of there other locations around the Philippines. I have eaten at one in Cebu and one in General Santos, the pizza is really good. Bacolod City offers a 6′ foot pizza. I am not sure what the largest size pizza will be here in Davao. Give it a try. I think your going to like it. The crust is thin, crispy and Delicious.

Post any comments, Thanks.

DAEA Charity Mar 25

It was brought to our attention by former chairman, Gary Dickinson and Mr Gary Obie that the boys home, Field Of Dreams, was in need of a commercial grade sewing machine. They had found a good used one for 12,000 pesos and were needing our help in getting the machine. The motion was made and seconded that DAEA would help them to purchase the machine. Gary Dickinson was given the funds and purchased the machine on behalf of the DAEA and submitted an OR for the sewing machine.

During the board meeting for the month of March, held on Tuesday the 9th 4pm. Gary Dickinson and Mr Gary Obie informed us that some Australian missionaries had purchased a used Suzuki PU and donated it to the Field Of Dreams Boys home. The truck seemed to be in good condition, but was needing some new tires. Estimated cost for 4 new tires was 5000 pesos. A motion was made and seconded to buy the needed tires for the boys home. Gary Dickinson, spent several hours looking around Davao for new tires and was able to get a good deal on the needed tires for the pickup truck.

Please submit comments.

Thank you,

Curtis L. Cooper | DAEA Chairman
